Trash Removal: a. Empty all trash cans and remove trash located inside and outside of buildings, including bags of shredded paper for recycling, and boxes (broken down) placed for disposal. b. Place small loose trash in large plastic bags and deposit in designated dumpster/trash bin. Plastic bags shall be closed, tied, and free from holes or tears. c. Dumpster/trash bin doors shall be closed and latched. d. Furnish empty trash cans with new liners. e. All office recycling boxes shall be emptied into the outside containers marked for recycling. Clean and Disinfect Water Fountains a. Water fountains shall be cleaned and disinfected. Clean and Disinfect/Sanitize Basins, Toilets, Urinals, Walls, and Depositories a. Basins, counter tops, and plumbing (including chrome fixtures and/or pipes) shall be cleaned and disinfected and free of stains, dirt, hair, smudges, smears, and water spots. b. Toilets and urinals shall be cleaned, disinfected and free of stains, dirt, hair, smudges, smears, water spots, encrustation, rust and odor. Exterior of depositories shall be free of smears, film and haze. c. Contents of depositories shall be bagged in plastic bags, plastic bags tied and deposited in dumpster. d. Towels, toilet tissue, and soap dispensers shall be filled. Two extra rolls of tissue per stall and one extra package of hand towels per dispenser shall be kept within reach of each dispenser. Unserviceable dispensers shall be reported to the Cemetery Superintendent immediately. e. Spot clean walls around sinks, urinals, toilets and depositories.
