The proposed purchase order is being solicited on a small business set-aside basis.
The NSWCCD will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Quoter that submits the Lowest-Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) quote in response to this solicitation that represent the best value to the Government. See 52.212-2- EVALUATION. Questions/clarification regarding this solicitation must be submitted no later than July 18, 2025 at 7:30PM. All questions will be answered in an amendment to the solicitation. Quote packages are due no later than July 29, 2025, at 12:00 PM Noon.
