Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Town is located in Prince George’s County, Maryland, adjacent to and inside the Capital Beltway (I-95) and is bisected (North/South) by Indian Head Highway (MD Route 210). The population is 2,447 persons according to the Year 2010 Census. The Town has approximately 9 miles of local (i.e., municipal) residential streets. Snow: Snow must be removed and/or salt must be spread. A map of the town streets has been included. Salt will be made available to the Contractor from a nearby (i.e., 1/4 mi.) government run storage facility and billed directly to the Town. Roadways within the Town’s corporate limits under the jurisdiction of the State Highway Administration (i.e., MD 210) or the County (i.e., Livingston Road) are not included in the scope of work.
