Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Treat all information as confidential and agrees not to release to parties outside the Commission without prior permission. B. Provide support to the Payroll Section which includes the following tasks but is not limited to: 1. Analysis of preliminary and final pay cycle reports to determine possible errors. 2. Detailed analysis of retirement deductions for each pay cycle. 3. Assist in reconciliation and accuracy of regulatory agency reports, such as form 941 and W-2s.; and 4. Other complex analysis of pay and deduction codes as the need arises; and 5. Task Orders will be issued for other special projects as needed. C. Provide support to the Accounting Division which includes the following tasks but is not limited to: 1. General Ledger account analysis and account reconciliation. 2. Bank reconciliation review and analysis. 3. Interface balance analysis, clean-up, testing and documentation. 4. Interface refund process review. 5. Lease GASB implementation assistance including SBITA. 6. CIP Program review and reconciliation assistance. 7. Provide write ups for each project that includes, but is not limited to the project background, issues, solutions, recommendations, and procedures; and 8. Task Orders will be issued for other special projects as needed. D. Assistance with the ERP system which includes but is not limited to: 1. Testing 2. Upgrades 3. Business/work process flows; and 4. Task Orders will be issued for other implementation related work as needed.
