The Contractor must work with County referred programs, and HHS facility staff in performing the following activities: Identify/facilitate opportunities between HHS and private agencies where shared space can enhance program missions and/or save public resources. Provide guidance on space needs of HHS and coordinate Program of Requirements studies for space needs within HHS and County referred agencies, e.g. County vendors, schools, or other non-profit providers. Facilitate capital projects with County vendors referred by HHS. Establish and maintain relationships in the commercial real estate industry that will support and benefit the space needs of the HHS non-profit partners that provide services to the County. Assist with facility planning on HHS CIP matters. Assist with any other HHS facility-related matters as requested by HHS. No additional specifications were given.
