This is a contract to procure equipment, materials, installation and maintenance services for WRAIR campus-wide facility rekey capability. This will include core replacement, key control software, key cutting capability, hardware installation, and training. The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel and services as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW), the Minimum Essential Characteristics (MECs), and the Equipment & Material List.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ).
This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-06.
This a restricted procurement for 100% small business only. The relevant NAICS code is 561622 with a small business size standard of $22M.
