Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Schedule, plan, and facilitate meetings of Charter School Liaisons. Includes identification of location, preparation of materials, and follow up. Meetings will occur 4 – 8 times over a year. Some will be via conference call or web-based meeting application. 2. Schedule and plan at least one webinar designed to update and support Charter Liaisons in counties that do not have operating public charter schools. 3. Create regular written updates to Charter School Liaisons. 4. Compile documents from Local School Systems for each aspect of the authorizing process. 5. Identify examples of policy and practice documents from other states. 6. Create a web-based resource on the authorizing process for Maryland’s Charter Liaisons.
