Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commission(WCC) is issuing this Task Order Request for Proposals (TORFP) in order to procure the services defined in this Section 2, as specified in this TORFP, from a task order between the successful master contractor(s) and the MD Workers’ Compensation Commission: The purpose of the audit is to determine the validity and accuracy of claim payments, case reserve estimates and reporting submitted by selected self-insured employers on selected portions of the IC-1 (Annual Information Report). The employers are AESC/Allegheny Energy Service Corp., AESC/Allegheny Energy Supply, LLC, AESC/The Potomac Edison Company, General Motors Corporation (Company), Maryland General Hospital (UMMS), University of Md Medical System, Upper Chesapeake Health Systems, Southern Md Electric Cooperative. (Please see Appendix 4 for Self-Insured Employer Statistics). 1.1.2 It is the State’s intention to obtain goods and services, as specified in this TORFP, from a Task Order between the selected Master Contractor and the State.
