Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide on-site, Weekly 2-hour group classes focused on target population for 14 weeks. Work and collaborate with Prince George’s County Department of Social Services (PGCDSS) to screen each referral to assure the appropriateness of the referral Ensure all staff facilitating the SFP process has successfully completed the SFP training Provide incentives, food, babysitting, and transportation to facilitate engagement to all families participating in the SFP. Collect pre and post data to evaluate SFP process Establish a process to record attendance for 14 week session Provide linkage and referral for any additional services families may require Report any unusual incidents to PGCDSS’s representative within twenty-four (24) hours of incident. Adhere to all necessary guidelines to assure services are implemented and fidelity.
