Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Lancaster is seeking proposals from well qualified consulting firms withprior experience in affordable housing and community development planning to provideprofessional services for the preparation of its 2010-2014 Consolidated Plan. The purpose of the ConsolidatedPlan is to assess housing and community development needs and to provide acomprehensive five-year strategy. The Plan is for the period July 1, 2010 through June30, 2015. The scope of work requested will focus on expanding efforts to revitalize neighborhoodsthrough analysis of community housing market needs, development of targeted areaimplementation plans and establishment of targeted economic development areas. TheFY 2010-2014 Consolidated Plan must at a minimum satisfy all federal requirementsnecessary for approval by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development(HUD).
