*11/28/2025 UPDATE*
Line 142 has been removed from the Pricing Matrix. Utilize Attachment 3 Amendment 1 - Pricing Matrix for proposal submissions. An amended Attachment 1 has been posted to this solicitation, extending the proposal/sample due date to 1/9/2026 at 5:00pm ET. A Question and Answer document has been posted to this solicitation addressing the questions submitted during the question period.
11/13/2025 UPDATE
This solicitation has been extended to provide more time to submit questions and proposals. The question period ends Friday, November 21, 2025 5:00pm ET. Proposals, including delivered samples, must be provided by Friday, December 19, 2025 at 5:00pm ET.
*10/21/2025 UPDATE*
Due to the government shutdown, answers to the questions received will be posted once the government reopens. The question period and proposal submission deadlines will be extended to a date that will be determined when the government reopens.
This solicitation is to establish a Firm-Fixed-Price, Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) type contract for one (1) Base Year and four (4) Option Years (OY) for police uniforms. The contract will be awarded on an all or none basis as a commercial purchase, no partial proposals will be considered, and no partial awards will be made. This is being conducted as a total small business set aside.
Interested vendors may submit questions to Victoria McDaniels at vmcdaniels@fbi.gov no later than Friday, 10/17/2025 at 5:00pm ET. Proposals must be submitted to Victoria McDaniels at vmcdaniels@fbi.gov no later than Friday, 11/14/2025 at 5:00pm ET. Samples must be delivered to Maya Stennett no later than Friday, 11/14/2025 at 5:00pm ET.
