The proposed work will involve, at a minimum, but not limited to, the following: 2.1.1 The mine access road shall be upgraded as needed for equipment and personnel access to the mine site. Existing roadside ditches and water turnouts shall be cleaned and repaired as directed by DGS/AMLD. The existing 15-inch HDPE pipe culvert shall be cleaned and/or repaired to provide positive drainage. 2.1.2 Mine pool dewatering. 2.1.3 New mine seal installation. 2.1.4 Doser improvements. 2.1.5 Installation of three “dug-out” type treatment cells to capture precipitates formed by the addition of lime. 2.1.6 Drainage ditches to safely carry the water through (and around) the treatment system and protect the existing doser from sheet flow behind the existing building. 2.1.7 Cleaning the existing culvert under Mill Run Road. 2.1.8 Installation of a farm gate on the mine seal access road. 2.1.9 Installation of a Traffic Barrier along Mill Run Road.
