Production Services and AV Equipment: Contractors must provide audio and video equipment and production services, including: Video Creation/Production, includes Animation/Motion Graphics Video Cameras and Monitors Microphones, Speakers/Audio Feed Projection Equipment and Screen Lighting: Lamps and Light Sources Teleprompter Online Virtual Platforms (Zoom Webinar) Webcasting Capabilities and Equipment Full Production Crew (Audio/Video/Lighting/Producer/Director, Webcast Tech – Onsite and Virtual Zoom Webinar License up to 3,000 attendees 4. Other Services: Event Project Management to coordinate with UMGC Event Manager Technical Director Voice Over Talent
