Morehead State University (hereafter referenced as MSU or the University) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to advise the University on developing a comprehensive enrollment management plan. The consultant will work with University personnel to develop a plan that will satisfy a need to integrate marketing and enrollment management strategies. Work may include but is not limited to: Assessing current University brand, communication tools and marketing strategies. Conducting marketing research that includes market analysis, demand forecasting, trend analysis, price analysis. Analyzing existing research and conducting new research to identify the key enrollment drivers for MSU Identifying new markets and geo-demographic opportunities. Modeling projected enrollment opportunities by target categories (i.e. market potential for increases in traditional freshman, adult learners, KCTCS transfers, veterans, etc.).
