Specifications include, but are not limited to: Quote an EAP plan that matches the specifications as listed in the RFP, to Include the following services: A. In-Person & Telephonic counseling; B. Family Counseling; C. Job Related Counseling; D. Legal Counseling; E. Financial Counseling; F. Crisis Management & Critical Incident Management; G. Benefits Administration; H. Substance Abuse Prevention; I. Management consultation; J. Robust Online Portal; K. Event Resources (e.g. Training and Credit Hours); L. Benefit Fair/Open Enrollment Support (e.g Resource Hours as needed); M. Quarterly Reporting. The plan will incorporate no less (e.g. required) than eight (8) covered in-person counseling sessions and an unlimited number of telephone consultations per month. Employees with issues exceeding the scope of the EAP shall be referred to a participating provider covered by the employee’s medical plan. Please also include a second quote for five (5) sessions per problem area. (see P3) If unable to match current plan, indicate any plan deviations. Plan Enhancement alternatives are welcomed.
