Specifications include, but are not limited to: B. Class "A" Complete Preventative Maintenance 1. The Bidder shall provide complete maintenance of the equipment described herein. Complete maintenance includes providing systematic examinations, cleaning, lubrication, adjustments, and when conditions warrant, repair or replacement of parts. 2. The Bidder shall routinely and systematically observe the operation of the equipment through its full range of movement and make all adjustments, lubrication, and replacement of all worn, deteriorated, missing, or obsolete parts, required to keep the equipment in safe operating condition, per these specifications. This includes to check ride quality, check phase I/II fire recall, check emergency phone communication, check emergency bells and lights, check door operation/restriction including light ray/door safety edge, check pit items such as overflow bucket, lighting, stop switch etc., keep pit cleaned, and adjust/lubricate/repair and/or replace the following basic components as well as all other mechanical or electrical equipment, including, but not limited to, the following items. The Bidder shall include as a part of its bid any additional components that it considers a part of preventive maintenance.
