Notice is hereby given that Washington County Public Schools will accept sealed bids for the purpose of establishing a contract for Electrical Distribution Replacement at Marshall Street School. The Contract /Bid Solicitation Documents were prepared by RTM Engineer Consultants (the Engineer) and Washington County Public Schools (the Owner). Below is a summary of the project: The successful Bidders shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for, and incidental to, performing the work specified in the enclosed Technical Specifications and Drawings for the construction project 2026-40, Electrical Distribution Replacement at Marshall Street School. The construction contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder with consideration given to quantities involved; time required for delivery; the purpose for which required; the competency and responsibility of the bidder; the ability of the bidder to perform satisfactory service; and the plan for utilization of minority contractors. The Washington County Board of Education (“WCBOE”) may reject any and all bids and re-advertise for other bids.
