Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) issues this Invitation for Bids (IFB) on behalf of District Court to provide all service and materials for the installation of one (1) new video surveillance system, the replacement of one (1) existing video surveillance system and the access control system, removal and replacement of all existing cabling, as well as the addition of new cameras, workstations, and monitors. The existing surveillance system for the building consists of twenty-eight (28) cameras, four (4) NVR devices (two are non-working, and two are active), and one (1) workstation. The existing cameras in the Cashier’s Office are currently tied into the building surveillance system. The building’s access control system consists of twelve (12) card readers and cipher locks, (2) intercoms tied into door releases, and one (1) PC workstation. The current systems are approximately ten (10) years old or more. 1. Furnish and install the following equipment to support the building’s Genetec Security Center controlling the surveillance and access controls systems: a. One (1) PC workstation in the Bailiff’s Office connected to the surveillance and access control systems. (1) Workstation shall unify the security systems using the Genetec Security Center software. (2) Bidder shall provide and install all software required to run the Genetec Security Center. (3) Required at workstation: i One (1) 40” monitor, ii One (1) keyboard, iii One (1) mouse, iv One (1) wall mount.
