Baltimore City Public Schools (City Schools) is soliciting proposals from qualified Entities to provide educational services to eligible students in grades Pre-K to 12 who are enrolled in nonpublic/private, or religious schools, as well as Publicly-Funded Special Education Schools (as defined by the Maryland State Department of Education(“MSDE”) in Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Anne Arundel County and other counties as required under “ ESSA, Every Student Succeed Act Title I – Improving The Academic Achievement of the Disadvantaged. The general Scope of Work shall consist of providing instructional services. Instruction services are defined as the instructional delivery of types of services to eligible participating students to meet their academic need. These services could include; One-on-one tutoring, mentoring, counseling, computer equipment and technology, educational radio and television, and dual or concurrent enrollment.
