Specifications include, but are not limited to: The motor trucks to be purchased under these specifications shall be of the current model year of the award date, two (2) wheel drive conventional type units. Trucks shall meet all applicable State and Federal emission standards for 2010 EPA air quality regulations. They are required for general highway maintenance, such as hauling crushed stone, heavy rock, dirt, cinders, rock salt, debris and performing heavy duty snow removal by pushing a snow plow that weighs approximately 3,800 pounds. All trucks shall be equipped with a stainless steel dump body package, hydraulic reversible snow plow, push frame, wing plow, and stainless steel under tailgate spreader box per attached specifications.
