Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Mobilize and comply with all current OSHA requirements. • Protect the premises from falling debris. • Contractor shall use DaVinci Synthetic Slate products. • Remove and dispose completely all existing slate tiles, underlayment, and all associated sheet metal flashings to expose the underlying plywood roof deck. To include the TPO on the ledge of the historic section. • Inspect the plywood roof deck for damage and replace any needed plywood as an extra rate per square foot. • Install Carlisle Wip – 300 self-adhering Hi-Temp Ice and Water Shield to the roof deck. • Install new F4.5 copper drip edge to the eaves and rakes of the roof. • Install DaVinci starter shingles to the eaves. • Install DaVinci multi-width slate shingle using two (2) stainless steel nails per shingle. • Install GAF snow country shingle over ridge vent. • Install DaVinci 7 inch prepackaged cap slate shingles to all hips and ridge. • Install new lifetime warranty vent pipe flashing. • All DaVinci materials shall be Smokey Gray in color. • Magnet – sweep the grounds daily.
