The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) is seeking sources for the procurement of domestically manufactured Di-N-Butyl Sebacate (DBS). The chemical and physical properties of the DBS shall meet the requirements of Military Specification MIL-DTL-82669B. The contractor shall test the DBS against an external certified and traceable DBS using gas chromatography (GC). The GC testing must be run on the same instrument via the same method and calibration.
All interested sources shall provide a company brochure or list of capabilities, product literature, organization name, address, a point of contact, phone number, fax number, e-mail address, business size, taxpayer identification number, UEI number, and CAGE Code.
