Specifications include, but are not limited to: The MHCC is seeking a highly skilled SAS programmer to construct and test several SAS programs. The programs will analyze the CPS-ASEC analysis file created by MHCC and the replicate weights data file for use with CPS-ASECdata files to: 1) Generate accurate standard errors for both population counts and percentages to be shown on the eight tables referenced above, and convert the standard errors into margins of error using a 90% confidence interval 2 2) Generate the population counts and percentages to be shown in each of the eight tables using modified rules for rounding numbers and percentages and row and column labels that match table specifications provided by the MHCC 3) Generate information for eight margin of error tables that will accompany the eight referenced tables, using rules for rounding and row and column labels specified by the MHCC and 4) Generate the information to be presented on each of the 16 tables in excel output. The excel data will be used by a graphic designer to create the 16 report tables in InDesign, and therefore must have a layout that reflects the contents of each report table, as specified by the MHCC.
