Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Board of Education of St. Mary’s County on behalf of St. Mary’s County Public Schools (SMCPS) is requesting sealed bids from experienced and qualified Contractors to perform Snow Removal Services, specifically to plow and salt entry roads and parking lots and to clear sidewalks at public schools and office buildings as needed. All Contractorsresponding to thisinvitation to bid (ITB) must have business operations within a 25‐mile radius of 23160 Moakley Street, Leonardtown, MD 20650. Contractors responding to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) must be available by telephone twenty‐four (24) hours a day, from November 15th through April 30th each year, and be able to arrive at a worksite within two (2) hours of receiving an emergency call from SMCPS
