All Contractorsresponding to thisinvitation to bid (ITB) must have business operations within a 25‐mile radius of 23160 Moakley Street, Leonardtown, MD 20650. Contractors responding to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) must be available by telephone twenty‐four (24) hours a day, from November 15th through April 30th each year, and be able to arrive at a worksite within two (2) hours of receiving an emergency call from SMCPS
