Specifications include, but are not limited to: Run Merge/Purge for six Acquisition Campaigns o Dedupe House Lapsed file against all External Rental Lists o Run hygiene process including but not limited to: NCOA Non-US addresses Suppress Deceased, Profanity, Pander, Prison, and CBF-provided suppressions o Split lists across multiple panels o Assign Finder Number and Source Codes to all records and build Scanlines o Provide reports to CBF and CBF’s agency to verify data o Return Deceased and NCOA file to CBF o Securely provide final data file to mailshop Run Merge/Purge for up to 12 House Appeal Campaigns o Dedupe file o Run NCOA and CASS on all files o Build Ask Strings based on prior giving o Split lists across multiple panels o Assign Source Codes to all records and build Scanlines o Provide reports to CBF and CBF’s agency to verify data o Securely provide final data file to mailshop Manage fulfillment of CBF list to approved mailers that rent it
