Specifications include, but are not limited to: Medical and Mental Health services; Staff (see RFP §2.5); Equipment (except as excluded herein); Supplies (other than On-site medications); On-site and Off-site specialists; Specialty clinics (both On-site and Off-site); Off-site hospitalizations, other secondary care and DME; Utilization review and management of all medical care rendered On and Off site; The Contractor is responsible for arranging, coordinating and paying third party transportation services for Off-site care for all Incarcerated Individuals, including but not limited to: 1) Emergency transport services, including airlift if required; 2) Inter-State transport for medical reasons; and 3) Non-emergent ambulance transport services for special needs. The total compensation for all services and equipment to be provided by the Contractor shall be as proposed by the Offeror in Attachment B including the Contractor’s share of costs under RFP §§ 2.20, 2.26.4, 2.26.5, and 2.35.5.
