1. This project consists of the Contractor providing all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, insurance, etc., necessary to demolish and remove a barn, a metal roof structure, several boats, two trailers, and miscellaneous debris located within the Piney Point Aquaculture Center at 17996 Piney Point Road, Piney Point, MD 20674. 2. The proposed project shall include, but is not limited to the following: a. Demolish a wooden tobacco barn, approximately 2,100 SF, and dispose of debris off site. b. Dispose of all trash/debris piled along road directly adjacent to tobacco barn. c. Disconnect and dispose of all electrical service for the defunct greenhouse structures. This will include all fixtures, appliances, wiring, connections, outlets, junctions, etc. d. Selectively demolish plastic siding and metal structural members associated with the defunct greenhouse structure. e. At Greenhouse, remove 10 sand filter tanks and 10 large mechanical box fans. f. Collect and remove 4 Pontoon Boats from state property. g. Disconnect from power, drain freon, and remove a refrigeration trailer from state property. h. Remove a military hauling trailer from state property. i. Break-up existing concrete loading dock ramp and base. Install new fill dirt and CR-6 over ramp until level with grade. j. Grade, compact, seed, and straw all disturbed soil exposed during construction.
