1. This project consists of the Contractor providing all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, insurance, etc., necessary to Resurface the Parking Lots, located at the Hillsboro Armory. The property is located at 3011 Starr RD, Queen Anne, Maryland 21657, in Queen Anne’s County 2. The project includes, but is not limited to the following: a. Proof-roll approximately 75,200 sf of existing base material. Insufficient base will require patching, using Unit Price #2. b. Install approximately 75,200 sf of 2 inch Asphalt Base Course on existing gravel base, using Unit Price #3. c. Install approximately 75,200 sf of 2 inch Asphalt Surface Course, using Unit Price #3. d. Grade Shoulders and install Topsoil road edge, providing adequate drainage away from paved surface, using Unit Price #4. e. Paint approximately 1,180 lf of single white traffic line, 2 (2) Handicap Parking Spaces, and 1 (1) hashed area approximately 4 ft x 20 ft each. f. Provide and install 33 Concrete Wheel Stops. g. Restoration of the site to pre-construction condition, including grading, seeding, and mulching all disturbed areas. h. Removal and proper disposal of all debris off state property.
