1. Sales and service of any applicable goods, commodities or services normally provided, or not normally provided at concessions of this type as approved by the Park Manager or designee. 2. The Contractor agrees not to sell or permit to be sold or consumed upon the premises herein granted for use by the Contractor any intoxicating or alcoholic beverages, shall not sell or offer for sale any product in poor taste or one which would reflect unfavorably upon the Park in any way, nor permit improper or immoral conduct on the part of its officers, employees or the general public. 3. The dispensing and service of food and other items from carts, wagons, etc., and other additional privileges not contained and enumerated herein will not be permitted without first having been approved by the Park Manager or designee. 4. Rental of watercraft shall be conducted in accordance with the section on Boat Rentals contained herein. Rental of fishing, beach, camping, picnic equipment, etc., requires approval from the Park Manager or designee.
