Page 1 of 2 2025 Identiv/Hirsch Velocity Software Support Agreement Annual License Renewal Martinsburg VA Medical Center The Martinsburg VA Medical Center is conducting this Sources Sought to identify contractors who possess capabilities to provide the services described in the Statement of Work below. As permitted by the FAR Part 10, this is a market research tool being utilized for the informational and planning purposes. Your responses will assist the Government in the development of its acquisition strategy. Response is strictly voluntary it is not mandatory to submit a response to this notice to participate in formal RFQ process that may take place in the future. However, it should be noted that information gathered through this notice may significantly influence our acquisition strategy. All interested parties will be required to respond separately to any solicitation posted as a result of this sources sought notice. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation. We appreciate your interest and thank you in advance for responding to the sources sought. This service will be implemented using the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 334290. If a small business is interested in this procurement, they must provide at least 51 percent of the services rendered. STATEMENT OF WORK Type of Contract Needed: One-year Software Support Agreement Renewal General Description: VAMC Martinsburg currently utilizes the Identiv/Hirsch system for physical security access control and monitoring throughout the entire campus. The Velocity software on this system requires annual renewal of the Software Support Agreements (SSA) to maintain system access and technical support of this system. There are two system servers on the Martinsburg Velocity network. This contract is for the annual renewal of the SSAs, which will currently expire on July 22, 2025. Scope of Work: The Contractor shall provide the license keys required to renew the Velocity software licenses on both Identiv/Hirsch system servers to ensure uninterrupted use and service of the Martinsburg VAMC access control system. The Contractor shall provide the license keys for the following products. Information Security: The Identiv/Hirsch Physical Access Control System is not connected to the VA Network and is solely used for access control and monitoring. No VA sensitive information is stored on the access control system. The C&A requirements do not apply. A Security Accreditation Package is not required.
