Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.2 On Call Snow Removal – General Quantities listed on the IFB form are estimated hours with no guarantees. The awarded vendor will be paid for on call hours worked at the facility. No travel time to MPT’s facility will be paid, only hours for authorized work performed at the MPT facility will be paid at the awarded rates. 2.2.1 Provide all labor, equipment and material for on call snow removal for drive way and parking lot to include snow removal plow, 4X4 truck and driver. 2.2.2 Provide all labor, equipment, truck, salt spreader and material for on call one-time treatment of roadway salt for the driveway and lots. 2.3 Walks, Steps and Entrances – Snow Removal 2.3.1 Provide all labor, equipment and material for on call clearing of all walkways and other areas as requested. 2.3.1.1 All walks, steps and entrances of MPT shall be cleared of snow and ice by 0600 Monday through Friday and by 0800 Saturday, Sunday and holidays, or at a special function request from the Facilities Manager or his designee. 2.3.1.2 If snow and ice are still falling after a special event ends the Contractor shall be available within one (1) hour at the commencement of the event. 2.3.1.3 A one-time ice and snow melt treatment shall be applied by the Contractor after all the walks, steps and entrances have been cleared.
