Specifications include, but are not limited to: Review prior work and qualitative research findings from earlier consumer engagement efforts. Devise a proposed qualitative research plan, in conjunction with strategic partners, that includes: Format(s) to be employed (e.g., focus groups, in-depth interviews, etc.), ranging from five to eight focus groups; Composition, size, and location of focus groups with characteristics that match the State’s diverse geographic and population demographics; Content, developed with the HSCRC, to be covered in focus groups and other qualitative research methods; Length of focus group sessions; Compensation rate for participants, if applicable; Approach to refining subsequent focus groups convened under this engagement as informed by results from initial groups convened; and Recommendations for any other approaches to secure information to achieve stated goals.
