Specifications include, but are not limited to: Scope of ServicesThe descriptions/specifications of required services sought through this Request for Proposals (RFP)are the minimum requirements for the Contractor to present a complete utilities managementassistance mission statement for evaluation by the County. The Contractor will share in savingsgenerated by the Contractor's successful implementation of its utilities management plan. TheCounty will offer no other compensation to the Contractor, however, the County will, contingentupon appropriation and encumbrance of funding, be solely responsible in determining the means forfinancing asset modifications and system enhancements recommended by the Contractor. Workunder the contract resulting from this solicitation will be assigned on a task order basis. The Countymay issue task orders to the Contractor for the purposes of having the Contractor evaluate utilitiesusing an equipment and build envelope on a partial facility, whole facility, or a group of facilities
