The Governor’s Office of Crime Prevention and Policy is seeking a Contractor to provide food, beverages, audio-visual, staff and the conference center services for approximately 200 – 300 attendees in Anne Arundel County or Howard County to host the 2025 State Summit on Behavioral Health and Justice System. The summit will consist of an opening session, a general session and three (3) workshop sessions. The workshop sessions will be held simultaneously in three (3) separate rooms on day 2. The Contractor shall provide: the following but not limited to: 2.3.1 One (1) ready to use main conference room to accommodate 200 – 300 attendees. 2.3.2 Three (3) Workshops session rooms with the ability to accommodate at least sixty (60) attendees per room for each workshop session. 2.3.3 The staff, labor and equipment necessary to fulfill the terms of this contract.
