The project scope of work includes the conversion of the unused DuClaw Brewing Company restaurant space within the operational Terminal A ticketing hall into additional check-in counters, belt conveyors, and Airport Ticket Office (ATO) office space for Southwest Airlines (SWA). The project will involve the demolition and capping of the restaurant kitchen and plumbing equipment and services as indicated. HVAC systems will be removed, and the existing primary air duct system will be modified to support the new fit-out area. Electrical requirements will be met using the existing switchboard and panels. The baggage handling systems (BHS) will be upgraded to comply with BHS program specifications. The fit-out will encompass architectural enhancements, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) upgrades, fire protection, fire alarm systems, security and IT infrastructure, and BHS improvements, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.
