MDTA’s Office of Engineering and Construction (OEC) is seeking professional services for comprehensive environmental compliance and engineering support. The required services encompass environmental engineering, permitting, compliance, mitigation, asset management, construction management, project management, and program management support. Other MDTA units may utilize services under this project. Assignments will involve work on MDTA’s proposed and existing facilities and infrastructure throughout the State of Maryland. OEC will solely administer this project to support MDTA’s architectural and engineering needs. It is anticipated that project assignments will be 100% MDTA-funded. MDTA may award up to three (3) contracts, each with a maximum duration of five (5) years. The combined total value of all awards shall not exceed $15 million. MDTA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify the number of awards, funding amounts, or both. No work or funding is guaranteed under this project. Services will be authorized through individual task orders, each specifying scope, schedule, staffing, and cost. All services must comply with contract terms and conditions, including payment provisions. Contract awards are subject to the availability of funds and approval by the Maryland Board of Public Works.
