AACPS Human Resources Office has issued this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit submittals from qualified professional vendors to provide an on-line training system for all employees, inclusive of, but not limited to: permanent, temporary, part-time, full-time, and/or contractual. Contract shall be performed in accordance with the specifications and general conditions noted herein. 1.1 Compliance Training: a. Provide secure web access for employees/users to participate in training modules 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. b. AACPS has approximately 11,000 employees that will complete compliance training. c. Provide a catalog of training modules to include but not limited to the following areas: Sexual Harassment, Child Abuse Reporting (relevant to Maryland), Title IX, Human Resources, Transportation, Operations & Facilities, Food & Nutritional Services, and Information Technology. d.
