Each module will be inserted into its own white 3-ring binder with a cover sleeve and spine sleeve. 3.1.2.1.2.1. The binder cover will consist of the module cover. 3.1.2.1.2.2. The spine will read: Training Module for Community Health Workers [line break] (title of the module) 3.1.2.1.3. A tab separator will be used to separate each section of the module, except for the Cover Page and the Table of Contents (total of 6 dividers per module).
