Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1 Hardware as described in Section 2, Appendix C of the “OnGuard Enterprise Hardware” List to include 3 year warranty. $ 2 Software as described in Section 2, Appendix C of the “OnGuard Enterprise Software” List to include 3 year warranty. $ 3 Project Management & Implementation, based on “Scope of Services” detailed in Section 2, to include design, configuration, onsite execution, testing, commissioning, and other services required for full implementation of OnGuard system. $ 4 Support Services to include: - Professional workmanship warranty service - Requested response time for urgent/emergency service - Manufacturer annual support service (Years 1 – 5) - Annual Maintenance Agreement (Years 1 –5)
