A. The successful Offeror must demonstrate that the Offeror understands and is prepared to meet all tasks and deliverables outlined in the Scope of Work. The Offeror is expected to review the scope and create a detailed work plan incorporating individual tasks that can be defined with clear benchmarks and submittals. The Offeror will be required to supply all digital materials to the City with each submittal. B. The Offeror will coordinate with the local jurisdictions including but not limited to: the City of Gaithersburg, Montgomery County, Maryland MDOT SHA, citizen committees, governing bodies, and other stakeholders. The Offeror shall obtain and incorporate community feedback to inform project prioritization. The Offeror will be responsible to prepare and present a summary of the Safety Action Plan to the City’s Mayor and City Council at a Council Work Session. C. The City, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C §§ 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all Offerors that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this RFP, Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit proposals in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin, in consideration for an award.
