Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide janitorial services at various office locations throughout the City of Salisbury in accordance with the tasks shown in this RFP; 1. Zoo supplies all towels, tissue and related items. Vendor supplies trash bags and cleaning items. 2. Pubic restrooms within the Zoo grounds shall be cleaned DAILY (7 days per week, EXCEPT Thanksgiving and Christmas Day); before 8:00 A.M. or after 9:00 P.M. during summer months (summer months are Memorial Day thru Labor Day); before 8:00 A.M. or after 4:30 P.M. during remainder of the year. Cleaning includes: a. Hosing the floor: Hose is provided by the Zoo and connected; b. Emptying the trash and replace with new bag (trash to be placed in the dumpsters at the west service entrance of the Zoo). 3. Main Office and Educational Building. a. Shall be cleaned three (3) times a week, cleaning on Monday, Wednesday and Friday after 5:00 P.M.
