I. Description of building: 21' X 33' Stone Building and part of City Park located southwest of the Virginia Avenue main entrance to City Park, Hagerstown, MD. II. Ice Maker H. SS Shelf frontwindow I. SS Shelf kitchen space J. SS 3-Bay barsink The Tenant/Concessionaire may, at its own option, supply additional equipment or appliances provided the available electric service is not exceeded and provided they are approved by the City and Health Department. III. Park Season A. April through September (Concessionaire may extend dates with the permission of the City). Park is open from dawn todusk. B. The snack bar is to be open a minimum of 11:00 a.m. - Dusk, 7 days/week unless otherwise approved by the Parks Manger. C. Closing of the snack bar due to inclement weather or poor attendance must be approved by the Parks and Recreation Manager or his/her designee. IV. Attendance statistics are not available, but likely over 50,000 annually. V. No alcoholic beverages or tobacco products of any kind whatsoever shall be kept,stored, used, displayed or sold in the Building or on the premises.
