The Chesapeake Bay Foundation is in search of a partner for collaborating on: • Sales – Advise on e-store industry best practices. Make recommendations for products. Provide regular sales and inventory reports by date, product, and inventory. • Inventory Management – Advise, procure, receive and monitor inventory. Advise on replenishments, new products, and moving dead stock. Options for print to ship as well as traditional warehouse inventory management are of interest. • Technical Support – Host a secure CBF store website and customer database. Database must have the capabilities to easily import store transactions and customer information. Manage payment processing for purchases, returns, and refunds. Provide fraud protection and security for all orders. Ensure the CBF store website are mobile friendly. • Data Management – Provide store data that can be downloaded by CBF and used to help inform inventory purchases and customer behavior. • Customer Support – Capability to provide direct customer support in-house is a bonus; supporting CBF staff to provide responses to customer service inquiries is required. Set up systems to help prevent possible customer service issues.
