Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Maintain and provide adequate storage for the inventory of tobacco prevention and control materials in good condition to meet customer demand. Materials are not liquids, flammable, hazardous, or require any special handling. B. Upon written request and approval from the Department, the Government shall complete the following or similar to maintain materials in good condition (noninclusive list): sorting, salvaging, recycling, and/or destroying outdated materials. C. Upon receipt of new materials, the Government shall create a unique ID for the materials, add the materials to the inventory list, and provide documentation to the Department confirming receipt, including quantity, name, unique ID, and date received. D. The Department has 14 pallets of materials (approximately 2,312,651 items) that will need to be stored and maintained in good condition. Of the 14 pallets, there’s estimated to be 95 unique items. E. Fill all orders for materials from phone, fax, written, and email/electronic requests. The contractor is responsible for managing an email inbox for material requests, and a copy of the request is sent to CTPC.
