Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Maryland State Treasurer’s Office (the “Office” or “STO”) must begin a process that will assist the Office in acquiring services for the support, upgrades and enhancements of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations and Management following the integration of CRM and F&O modules. Using the Microsoft Enterprise CRM platform through Dynamics 365 (Enterprise 365), STO has implemented a system for the Insurance Division to track and process insurance claims submitted to the office through the CRM portal. Additionally, the new ERP system contains a F&O component that is integrated with the Insurance CRM module to administer claims payments and vendor payments through the State’s accounting system. Using the new Microsoft Dynamics Enterprise 365 system for Insurance and Finance and Operations will allow expanded self-services to constituents and agencies through greater utilization of web-based functionality, automated processes, workflow, balance and transaction reconciliations, as well as improved reporting. The Enterprise 365 is the next generation of Microsoft’s Dynamic platform which has been substantially re-engineered and is cloud-based. This contract will provide the personnel necessary to provide support for the operations and maintenance of the implemented ERP modules beyond the allowable MITDP completion phase. This staff will maintain the systems and provide enhancements intended to improve processes and efficiencies. Primary place of performance is on-site at 80 Calvert Street, Annapolis, MD 21401. Some teleworking may be allowed.
