The Commissioners of Charles County are hereby requesting sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide professional program and project management services for the design and construction of various County Capital Improvement Projects, on an as-needed or on-call basis with no minimum quantity guaranteed, approved under the County’s Capital Budget Program. The Consultant shall manage assigned capital projects in a professional manner, administering projects in an expeditious and economical manner consistent with the best interest and goals of the County. The purpose of this work is to manage capital projects through planning, design, construction, warranty, and close out. Typical projects include, but are not limited to: Transportation Facilities Water and Sewer Facilities Stormwater Management/Drainage Facilities Solid Waste (Landfill) Facilities NPDES/Environmental Compliance Vertical Construction
