Specifications include, but are not limited to: PICKUP AND DELIVERY PROCEDURES. 1.1 Pick up once daily (Monday Friday) from M&T Bank for Lockbox #64281, 1800 Washington Blvd., 8th Floor, Baltimore, MD 21230 excluding County Holidays: New Year's Day Columbus Day MLK, Jr. Birthday General Election Day (each even year) Presidents' Day Veterans' Day Memorial Day Thanksgiving Day Independence Day Christmas Day Labor Day 1.2 Delivery to Tax Payer Service, Room 150, 400 Washington Avenue, Towson, MD 21204, no later than 11:00 a.m. 1.3 Example of items for pick up will either be boxes 16" x 12" x 10" or manila envelopes. 1.3.1 The weight of the items depends on the time of year. July would be heavier than other months. 1.3.2 There will be approximately one (1) box or manila envelope per day, except in July, when there may be more. 1.4 The quantities listed on the Price Sheet indicate approximate number of days/deliveries per contract year. 1.5 The delivery will be one way only. No return delivery to the pick up location
