Specifications include, but are not limited to: providing cleaning services for six (6) separate facilities within the City of Salisbury as listed in the specifications. General and specialized cleaning functions will be required on a daily, tri-weekly, bi-weekly, weekly, monthly, semi-annual and/or annual schedule as specified, for twelve (12) months, with three (3) one-year renewal options. 4.1 Location City Zoo, Salisbury, Maryland 4.2 Section 4.2.1. Public restrooms (2) 90 sq ft each, located inside the Zoo, City Park, Salisbury. 4.2.2. Main office 520 sq ft, includes two bathrooms, one kitchen (sink and microwave area). 4.2.3. Education Bldg. 720 sq ft, includes bathroom and kitchen. 4.2.4. Visitor Center 460 sq ft, includes bathroom. 4.3 Scope 4.3.1 Zoo supplies all towels, tissue and related items. Vendor supplies trash bags and cleaning items. 4.3.2 Pubic restrooms to be cleaned DAILY (7 day week, EXCEPT Thanksgiving and Christmas Day) before 8:00 A.M. or after 7:30 P.M. during summer months (summer months are Memorial Day thru Labor Day) before 8:00 A.M. or after 4:30 P.M. during remainder of the year. Cleaning includes: 4.3.2.1. Hosing the floor: Hose is provided by the Zoo and connected 4.3.2.2 Emptying the trash and replace with new bag (trash is left if front of the buildings for Zoo personnel to dispose of). 4.3.3. Cleaning other facilities. 4.3.3.1. All other Areas are to be cleaned three (3) times a week, cleaning on Monday, Wednesday and Friday after 5:00 P.M. 4.3.3.1.1. Vacuum carpets and floor masts (Vendor to supply vacuum). 4.3.3.1.2. Clean, dust and remove cobwebs from designated corners, desks, bookcases, tables, file cabinets, interior window sills, light fixtures, and counter tops. 4.3.3.1.3. Clean and disinfect toilets and sinks.
