Specifications include, but are not limited to: Scope 1. Zoo supplies all towels, tissue and related items. Vendor supplies trash bags and cleaning items. 2. Pubic restrooms to be cleaned DAILY (7 days per week, EXCEPT Thanksgiving and Christmas Day); before 8:00 A.M. or after 7:30 P.M. during summer months (summer months are Memorial Day thru Labor Day); before 8:00 A.M. or after 4:30 P.M. during remainder of the year. Cleaning includes: a. Hosing the floor: Hose is provided by the Zoo and connected; b. Emptying the trash and replace with new bag (trash to be left in front of the buildings for Zoo personnel to dispose of). 3. Cleaning other facilities. a. All other Areas are to be cleaned three (3) times a week, cleaning on Monday, Wednesday and Friday after 5:00 P.M. I. Vacuum carpets and floor mats (Vendor to supply vacuum).
