The Contractor will be required to meet with the designated representative(s) of Office of Information Technology (OIT) to provide specifications and pricing with respect to each specific site. The Contractor will supply the equipment / products necessary to complete each job, which will vary on a job-by-job basis. Design and security assessment assistance will be required on many jobs. These jobs will be identified on a job-by-job basis. Delivery information will be identified on each order. Delivery will not be centralized, but will be inside delivery to various locations throughout the County. These locations will be designated with respect to each particular job. Delivery dates will be identified on a job-by-job basis. Delivery deadlines will be firm. The County reserves the right to award jobs on availability based on delivery dates and Contractor availability. A project manager must be assigned to the contract to provide for a central point of contact for the County. The Contractor agrees to bind every subcontractor and every subcontractor must agree to be bound by the terms of the Agreement. All subcontractors will be subject to the approval of the County. The Contractor shall itself be solely responsible for the performance of all work set forth in any contract resulting from the RFP, and for compliance with the price and other terms provided in the contract.
